It's a double ear infection, folks. Repeat after me...slowly..."mo-thers' in-tu-i-tion."
It's real. You best be believin' dat.
I totally knew something was up with Henry this week, and I am so thankful to have an answer. I hate that I waited a few days to take him in, but I'm trying to focus on the positive...at least I didn't let him go through the weekend!
So, we've got lots of great meds to whip these ears into shape, and I'm sure by this weekend, we'll be back in full force.
Oh, and in other good news, the doctor's office was beyond nice about the insurance stuff when we got there. Maybe my tired face, crying son, and big ol' mama belly hit a sympathetic nerve with the check-out desk...or maybe they're just nicer in person than on the phone. Either way, it was a relief and very much appreciated.
It's PJs and movies for us for the next couple days. Little man has gotten punier and punier since this morning, so I'm not pushing him to do anything but 1) guzzle his raspberry-flavored (thank you CVS for that delightful option) Amoxicillin and 2) snuggle with his bankie-bankie (that's babyspeak for blanket).

Enjoy snuggling with the little man and hopefully he feels better soon. I know what you mean about a mothers intuition! After having 3, I would think I could be a doctor because I've become a pro after hearing the symptoms. Too bad I don't get the pay a dr gets!
