So, my friend, Karen, commented on my last post by taking note of H's use of the word 'stuck'. This made me think, for whatever reason, that I should probably be documenting all of the words he can say somewhere. I had started in the baby book, but then I just stopped keeping track. Baby books and photo albums are such pitiful reminders of my lack of self-discipline. Anyway, the blog seems like as good a place as any to share the boy's growing vocabulary...especially with so many proud grandparents reading. I'm sure this list won't be exhaustive, so if someone has heard him say other words, let me know and I'll add. The only rule of the list is that the words are words that he says without prompting...repeating sounds doesn't count as saying words for the purposes of this exercise. Without further ado, I present...the list:
Family members & Friends - Mama, Daddy, Hen (himself), Paw Paw (my dad), Maw Maw (my mom...who is supposed to be Grammie...he came up with Paw Paw and Maw Maw on his own), Heddah (Heather), Nah-nuh-nin (Jonathan), Nuh-nin (Justin), Nina (Jared's mom), Nana (Jared's grandmother), Gam-pah (Jared's dad), Maw Maw (my grandma), No-mah (my great aunt Norma), Aaaal (Al, Heather's boyfriend), Hann-nuh-nuh (Hannah - my parents' next door neighbors' 5-year old)
